The main targets therefore are:

- trustee of trust expressly instituted by subjects resident in Italy or San Marino who have a close connection with the Italian territory
- protector or enforcer in trust expressly instituted in San Marino, with particular reference to trust instituted for the achievement of determined targets
b) the carrying out of legal and tax consultancy services, national and international.
